1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of goaddcare.com (the "Site"), operated by Addventure, LLC ("Addcare," "we," "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms. The Site is informational — it describes Addcare benefit-account programs and lets you contact us.
2. Information, not advice
Content on the Site is general information about benefit accounts and our programs. It is not tax, legal, investment, accounting, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified professional who knows your situation. Contribution limits, eligibility rules, and tax treatment described on the Site reflect the plan year indicated and may change with law or IRS guidance.
3. Program documents govern
If you participate in an Addcare program through your employer, your rights and obligations are set by your employer’s plan documents and the program agreements provided in your enrollment materials — including any cardholder agreement and custodial agreement. If anything on this Site conflicts with those documents, the documents control.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Addcare™ and Addventure marks — belong to Addventure, LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not copy, scrape, republish, or use the marks without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site: no attempts to breach security, probe or overload infrastructure, submit false or unlawful content through our forms, harvest information about others, or use the Site to develop a competing product. We may block access that violates these terms.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites — including the member portal operated on the WEX Health platform and our sister brand Addventure. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We work to keep Site content current and correct, but we do not warrant it.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADDVENTURE, INC. AND ITS PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those places, these limits apply to the extent permitted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, with exclusive jurisdiction in Michigan courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
