1. Who we are

Addcare™ is a benefit-accounts product line of Addventure, LLC ("Addcare," "we," "us"). This policy describes how we handle information collected through goaddcare.com — our marketing website — including the contact form.

2. What this policy covers (and what it doesn’t)

This policy covers goaddcare.com only. It does not cover the Addcare member portal, mobile applications, or your benefit accounts themselves — those are operated on the WEX Health platform and governed by the privacy notices and program documents provided through your employer’s plan. If you are looking for information about how your account data is handled, start with your enrollment materials.

3. What we collect

• Contact form submissions: name, work email, company, team size, topic, and anything you write in the message field.
• Basic technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve and secure the site.
• Nothing else by design: this site sets no advertising trackers and runs no third-party analytics. We do not buy visitor data, and we never sell it.

4. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry — that is the whole point of the form.
• To operate, secure, and debug the website.
• To evaluate interest in Addcare programs (for example, counting how many brokers asked for the partner kit).

5. When we share information

We share information only with the service providers that make the site run, and — if your organization becomes an Addcare customer — with the partners that deliver the program. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

Contact form submissions exist as email in our business mailboxes and are retained only as long as they are useful for the conversation you started, then deleted in the ordinary course. The website itself keeps no database of submissions.

7. Security

All traffic to goaddcare.com is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Form handling runs on least-privilege credentials scoped to sending notification email and nothing else. Security posture is a founding commitment of this brand — if you believe you have found a vulnerability, email privacy@goaddcare.com and we will respond quickly.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (including under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we hold so little, exercising them is simple: email privacy@goaddcare.com from the address you used, tell us what you want, and we will confirm what we found and what we did.

9. Children

goaddcare.com is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it plainly on this page. We will not quietly weaken the commitments in Section 3.
